At XSTO ,we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your wheelchair within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, free of damage, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or specially ordered products.
  • Products that show signs of misuse, damage, or alterations.
  • Any item returned after 15 days from delivery.

3. Return Process
